3. AI-Generated Calls

The Service enables you to run outbound calling campaigns using AI voice agents. When you use this feature:

• You are responsible for ensuring you have lawful basis to contact the individuals in your lead lists, including any required consents under applicable telemarketing laws (such as the TCPA in the United States).
• Call recordings and transcripts generated by your campaigns are stored on your behalf and are subject to this Privacy Policy.
• Phone numbers you provision through the Service are processed via our telephony provider and subject to their terms of service.
• We may use anonymized, aggregated call data to improve our AI models and platform performance. We will not use personally identifiable call content or lead data for model training without your explicit consent.
